We are looking for drivers
(m/f/d)

Do you love to be on the go and want to do something meaningful? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

We seek reliable and compassionate local drivers to safely transport passengers — including children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.

What we offer

You’ll be driving a safe, modern vehicle that is equipped with specialized features. We’ll match you with fixed routes in your area where you’re most confident. Plus, you’ll enjoy a respectful team and amazing passengers.

You have a Class B driving license, enjoy working with people, and ideally already have experience supporting individuals with disabilities or mobility challenges. Reliability and responsibility come naturally to you. You present yourself as friendly and approachable.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, with assignments in the early morning and early afternoon. Your routes will be close to home and follow a set operational plan. You’ll transport people with disabilities and mobility impairments according to the scheduled tour. As the main point of contact for your passengers and their families, you help ensure a reliable daily routine. You’ll assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle, and you’ll also take care of refueling and basic maintenance.

Your benefits at a glance

As a second-generation employer, we offer a familiar and supportive work environment. We value and care for all our employees — whether in driving, the workshop, or administration.

What unites us all is one shared goal: enabling our passengers to take part in everyday life — reliably and on time.

I’ve been with the company for five years and am proud to be part of such a great employer. Working together with my colleagues and supervisors is not only fun — it’s fulfilling. Every day, we make it possible for children with disabilities and their families to feel included in society.”

Your working day

You’ll work Monday to Friday, with daily assignments in the early morning and early afternoon on one of our scheduled routes. During your route, you’ll transport people with disabilities and mobility impairments. As the main point of contact for your passengers and their families, you help ensure a reliable daily routine. If needed, you’ll assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle. You’ll also be responsible for refueling and basic maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
