Where can we go?

Trips to relatives or private appointments are not possible. The journey to the grandmother’s birthday is, therefore, not possible.

Please contact the client directly and in good time. We may only change the route once the pick-up address has been approved and entered into the system. However, we can not guarantee the change. We can name the responsible contact person, e.g. at the Wolfsburg school authority, Gifhorn school authority, Helmstedt school authority, if you need to communicate a change.

At the beginning of our cooperation, our client (e.g. the Wolfsburg Education Authority) will mail you all relevant information for picking up your child. You will receive the letter at your home address before the start of the school year.

Yes, private inquiries are possible, if your child has a disability, or there is no appropriate bus stop in the vicinity. The municipality typically covers the cost.
If you move, please notify our client (e.g. Wolfsburg Education Authority) in a timely manner. Do not notify the driver. You must report your move at least two weeks in advance, so our client can notify us about the change. With this information, we can re-route and the inform the driver on time.
A 9-seater can carry a maximum of eight people. A seat is reserved for the driver. In the case of individual requests, the occupancy may be lower.
Our car service is fundamentally different from a taxi company. We are more of a bus service that offers regular trips with fixed times and fixed routes. Our purpose is to transport individuals with special needs. However, the taxi operation is a part of our history. The company’s founder, Hans-Joachim Krumm founded the taxi company in 1976 in Wolfsburg’s Detmerode district. In 1998, we closed the taxi company, due to a rising demand for school buses.
We operate in Wolfsburg, county of Gifhorn, county of Helmstedt, county of Peine, county of Hildesheim, Braunschweig, Hannover and the county of Celle. Thus, we cover the whole of South-East lower Saxony.
The pick-up location is fixed and may not be changed by contacting the driver. If there is a change in the departure time, we will inform you about it. Please note time changes may occur, especially in the case of return trips. In order to enable a smooth pick-up process, please arrive at the pick-up point on time. You will receive this information, such as the transfer point and relevant phone numbers, in advance.
Transportation is always between the registered address and the school address. In case of hardship, this must be clarified with the respective school authority and documented there. Trips to birthdays and private appointments are not possible.

At the beginning of the school year, all students/parents who have registered with us on time, will receive a letter stating the meeting point and departure times. During the active school year, parents will receive a phone call if there are any changes to the departure times or meeting points.

If the trip is for a private activity (church, soccer game, shopping, funeral, etc.), transport is possible. Unfortunately, a trip to the doctor is not possible.
Notify your school of this change as soon as possible, they will inform the designated authority. For assurance, you may also contact the relevant school authority.
Unfortunately, your address will not be changed automatically, as this is not possible for data protection reasons. Please contact your school and the school authority as soon as possible. After a certain processing time, we will adjust the route immediately.
Report this change to your school immediately. They will notify the school authority directly. If you still get a call to your old number, please contact the school authority. This way the number will be updated in our system as well.
On outward journeys, we generally drive to all stops like a regular bus to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to get to their destination. On the return journeys, we only go to the addresses of people who are actually sitting in the vehicle. It can also take different lengths of time for our vehicles to leave the schools.
Please take the time it would take by car to drive directly from school to home. Add this time to the school closing time. You must be home by this time at the latest, even if we arrive a little later. This is because your child may not be the first to be driven home during the collective transport.
